Rules and Restrictions

No Purchase Necessary. Open to all High School age students who can attend Prom in 2024 season for their respective High Schools; and follow their rules for attending. Students  must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to collect their prize. One Prize per person even if drawn twice or more. Prizes have a time limit for pick up and depending on the item a security deposit may need to be left. No cash value. If prize is not picked up on time or student is not allowed to go to Prom , prize will be forfeited. prize cannot be transferred or traded. Entries must be done between March 4th until April 6th to count . Winners will be drawn April 7th, 2024.

 

To Enter:  one way is to - Follow Dulce Candy Luv on instagram,

                                        Tag 2 friends in the comments who are also going to Prom,

                                        and share post and tag us when you do.

                                        Additional comments with 2 friends tagged will count as an additional entry.

 Another way to enter-  is to go to www.dulcecandyluv.com

                                        and in the menu look for Prom 2024 for the entry form.

                                        Fill the entry form and sent it in.

You can also enter by going to the Shop location: 6966 Arlington Ave, Riverside CA 92503.

                                        Fill out an entry form there. One entry per visit, per person

You can enter multiple times, but only one Prize (the highest) will be awarded. Other family or friends can also enter on your behalf , but the prize must go to a High School student attending Prom. One prize per family group to be fair to other students.

So far there are 5 prizes planned from Dulce Candy Luv, but additional prizes may be added on if more sponsors come forward to participate so they will be updated closer to the drawing date. Prizes may need fittings or security deposits. There will be a release form signed by both student and parent/guardian. Prize may be revoked if not signed or a winner does not comply. Again no cash value for any prizes. There may be refunds if a winner had left a deposit or purchased previously of winning , it will be up to the store owners discretion to do so. 

All entries will be gathered and winners will be chosen at random from all entries. Notified via phone or email. there is a time limit to return notice. Prom date must be April 13 , 2024 on to allow for time to notify or collect the prize. Prom dates before that may be disqualified from participating. Any falsification or no proof of school ID might also disqualify a winner. 

Any disagreement would be solved by store owner , no arbitration or lawsuit can be brought forward. Contest may end early or rules can be added if something comes up. Please remember that it is a small business trying to be helpful to the community not a giant corporation; please be respectful .
